We all face a variety of struggles in life, and have different ways of showing it (or not showing it). Whether you are having difficulty managing overwhelming emotions, or struggling to feel anything at all, I understand how extremely frustrating and isolating this can be. When we are not feeling our best, our relationships can be affected, past traumas can show up in the present, and experiences of depression and anxiety can result in guilt or shame. I want to help. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to figure it out alone. I will support you in navigating your feelings and help bring some awareness and clarity into your life.

I specialize in working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, who want to work through family/childhood traumas or gain some more self-awareness. My approach is supportive and direct. I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment using a variety of Gestalt, narrative, relational, mindfulness and somatic bodywork modalities.
